    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
    • Concentrated phosphoric-acid cleaner formulated to dissolve grout haze, mortar residue, rust stains, hard-water deposits, and efflorescence on tiles, pavers, masonry and glazed surfaces (where suitable)
    • Heavy-duty acid cleaner suitable for indoor and outdoor use — ideal for renovation cleanup, post-tiling wash-up, or deep maintenance of tiled and paved surfaces
    • Available in a large 4L format — economical for sizeable jobs and commercial applications
    KEY BENEFITS
    • Effectively removes grout smear, cement residue, rust, mineral scale and hard-water marks for cleaner, restored surfaces
    • Works on a variety of materials including ceramic tiles, porcelain, terracotta, clay pavers, brick, glazed masonry and grouted joints (subject to surface compatibility)
    • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications — from tiled floors and patios to walls, pathways and paved surfaces
    • Large 4L size reduces the need for frequent repurchasing, making it cost-effective for builders, tilers and maintenance contractors
    FOR USE ON
    • Ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, terracotta, brick or clay pavers, masonry and grout joints
    • Grouted tiled floors and walls, patios, driveways, paved paths and similar hard-surface areas requiring removal of cement, mortar or mineral build-up
    • Indoor and outdoor tiled or paved surfaces — suitable for renovation clean-up or deep maintenance work
    DIRECTIONS FOR USE & SAFETY
    • Always dilute before use — typically mix 1 part Spirit Phosphoric Acid to 10 parts clean water for general cleaning; for heavy build-up, stronger dilutions may be used but test first on a small area
    • Pre-wet the surface, apply the solution evenly, keep it wet (do not allow to dry), and allow a short dwell time (1–2 minutes) before scrubbing gently with a nylon pad or bristle brush
    • Thoroughly rinse the area with clean water after cleaning
    • For best results, follow with a neutralising rinse (for example, using a pH-neutral cleaner) to remove residual acidity
    • Do not use on acid-sensitive surfaces such as natural stone (marble, limestone, travertine), untreated metal, or polished terrazzo — test small area first
    • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (acid-resistant gloves, eye protection, protective clothing) and ensure good ventilation
    • Avoid contact with skin or eyes; in case of contact rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if needed
    • Store in original sealed container, in a cool dry place, away from incompatible materials (e.g., strong bases, metals like aluminium or zinc, or bleach)
