PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Actichem Deosan is a proprietary antimicrobial odour-neutraliser formulated for severe mal-odour situations such as organic waste, urine, faeces, sewerage, pet incidents, flooding, or fire damage.
The dual-action chemistry combines powerful biocides with advanced odour-neutralising agents to both eliminate odour-causing microbes and absorb airborne malodours.
The product delivers a fresh floral scent while remaining non-hazardous and safe for use on most wool and synthetic fibres (excluding stain-resistant nylon). pH neutral (7.5) and available in 5L and 20L sizes.

FOR USE ON

Ideal for treating malodours in residential, commercial, healthcare, and disaster-restoration environments such as fire- or flood-damaged sites, pet areas, or sewage loss zones.
Safe on most carpets, upholstery, fabrics, and hard surfaces—pre-test stain-resistant nylon prior to use.
General dilution: 50–100 mL per litre of water; apply directly and allow 10 minutes dwell time before rinsing or extracting. For large areas, use a 1:100 dilution as a light post-spray and rake in.
