PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Crete Clean is a “safe-acid” cleaner and concrete residue remover that effectively cleans mixing equipment and surfaces without the hazards of traditional acids.
Utilises low-pH organic salt-based, acid-replacement chemistry combined with biodegradable wetting agents to dissolve grout, concrete splashes, mortar drips, and grout haze.

APPLICATION & DIRECTIONS

Dilute depending on cleaning needs: heavy-duty use at 1:4, light duty up to 1:20 (Crete Clean:water by volume).
Apply via brush, foam, or spray—allow ~10 minutes dwell time, agitate, then rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water.
For freshly cleaned metal surfaces, rinse afterward with a 1:100 solution of Tile & Grout Cleaner Pro to minimize oxidation.
Not recommended in systems where wastewater is reused for concrete batching.

SAFETY & SURFACE SUITABILITY

Pre-test in hidden areas for substrate sensitivity; wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing during use.
Safe on all concrete and man-made tiles; use with caution on porous or delicate substrates such as sandstone, terracotta, quarry tiles, grout, and slate.
Not suitable for acid-sensitive natural stones like marble, limestone, granite, terrazzo, or engineered stone.
Corrosion on metals is minimal when used as directed, but prolonged immersion—especially on polished surfaces—may lead to markings.
