Actichem Biosan II Concentrate is a hospital-grade disinfectant and decontaminant, delivering powerful single-step cleaning against viruses, bacteria, fungi, mould, and mildew.
TGA-listed (AUST L 332364) and non-toxic, it combines advanced biocidal chemistry with super-wetting agents to deeply penetrate and sanitize porous and contaminated surfaces.
Safe for use in food prep environments, Biosan II is pH-neutral (~7.5), mildly scented with lemon verbena, and leaves an active residue for extended protection.

FOR USE ON

Use at 1:16 (64 mL/L) for SARS-CoV-2 and mould remediation, 1:32 for general bacterial disinfection, or 1:64–1:100 for odour control and clean surface sanitisation.
Apply via spray, fog, cloth, or mop depending on the application; ensure a minimum 10-minute dwell time before wiping or air drying.
